When I stepped into Istanbul at the end of 2009, my goal was not merely to start a business; it was to revolutionize Turkey's personal care, health, cosmetics, and food supplements market. When I founded Metin İlaç, we turned it into a national phenomenon during Turkey's early e-commerce era. With a sales team of over 100 representatives, we reached from pharmaceutical warehouses to pharmacies across every corner of Turkey. By allocating among the highest advertising budgets on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, we produced television commercials with celebrities and doctors. In 2012, we climbed to 37th place on MediaCat's 'Turkey's Biggest Advertisers' list, standing alongside giants like Turkcell, P&G, Ülker, and Arçelik. That same year, I received the European Quality Prize at an awards ceremony in the Netherlands, gaining international recognition.
When I founded Roca Real Estate in 2022, my goal was to create an address that Turkish investors could trust in Dubai. Today, with a team recognized by Binghatti Developers as a Top 3 Best Selling Agency for two consecutive years, I take pride in having turned that vision into reality.
At MAAS Developers, my role in the Azurline Residence launch proved itself by selling 75% of the inventory in just five months. We continue to sign sustainable projects in both sales and development across Dubai.
